A Collective Sense of Capability

The philosophy of PROCLUS is centred on providing what the PROCLUS software designers and psychologists from Zeal Solutions term a ‘collective sense of capability’:

“Collective sense of capability is not just a throw-away term but something my colleagues and I have been researching for many years,” explains Tony Zarola, Director, Zeal Solutions. “It is what PROCLUS is all about and why it is proving such an important tool.”

Zeal’s research has shown that if people feel confident, they are healthier and persist for longer, even in the most challenging circumstances. This applies even more so when dealing with groups. When the group feels they have the training required to face a given situation, they are much more confident, capable (and ultimately successful) and PROCLUS aims to engender this collective capability by nurturing positive mental attitude by sharing it through the software.

PROCLUS is concerned with building collective confidence, by ensuring all team players have the data they need and all the training they require to be confident and competent. It’s about having the maximum preparation before going out to do a very difficult job.
